2. Ordering Process

Add products to cart and click “Checkout”.
Enter your delivery address.
Choose a carrier (Omniva, Venipak or DPD).
Select a payment method and accept the terms.
You are redirected to the Maksekeskus AS payment page.
After successful payment you receive an email confirmation.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce). We accept Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop Pank), card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and MobilePay. All prices are in euros (EUR).

4. Delivery

Delivery is via parcel lockers (Omniva, Venipak, DPD). The XL bouquet (95–100 cm) is delivered by courier — the delivery date is arranged after the order is placed.

Parcel locker delivery steps:

We pack your order on the day of purchase.
The carrier delivers the parcel to a locker within 1–3 business days.
You receive an SMS / email with the locker access code.
You have 7 days to collect the parcel.

Freshness guarantee:

All products are harvested and packed on the day of order and shipped chilled. Pussy willow branches last 2–4 weeks in cool water. Fresh cut flowers (snowdrops, spring snowflakes) last 3–5 days in cool water.

4a. Uncollected Parcel

If the parcel is not collected within 7 days, it is returned to us. As these are perishable goods, the returned items have no resale value — no refund will be issued. This condition is presented to the buyer before purchase.

If you contact us within 24 hours of the delivery notification with a valid reason (info@mele.ee), we will offer a goodwill discount on your next order. Basis: EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(d).

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Fresh cut pussy willow bouquets are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal as they are perishable goods liable to deteriorate rapidly (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(d)).

For defective or incorrectly delivered orders, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@mele.ee with photographs. We will refund within 5 business days to the original payment method, or reship at no cost to you including return shipping.

6. Legal Guarantee

All goods carry a 2-year statutory guarantee under EU law. For perishable goods, the guarantee applies for the expected shelf life of the product.

7. Dispute Resolution

Applicable law is Estonian law. Unresolved consumer disputes may be submitted to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (tarbijakaitseamet.ee).
